I need guidance.

Aliza's Circle of Robot Dolls

Robot Sisters, I need your help again.
Jamie? Reggie? Graduation? Study abroad?

What should I do?

The whole lot of them is gathered now -- it'll take the whole troupe to help me right now!

The free spirit speaks first, "Develop your soul, Aliza.... come out of the mind and into your hair. Let it blow in the breeze. Come out of the mind and into your arms. Let them carry your dreams. Come out of your mind and into your hips. Let them sway to your own rhythm.

"You worry too much. Your poor voice... doesn't it get tired of doing the work of your brain? The mouth-piece of stuck-in-a-ditch thinking? Let it loose. Let it sing. Babble some non-sensical sounds. Let it loose. Sing -- notes and melodies, no words -- the inner sounds of your soul. Girl, relax! Sing and play. Remember it's summer. Remember that choices lead to new adventures... and ruminating leads to more ruminating."

The Tangled Dream Doll speaks next. "You are doomed either way, so what are you pestering us for?"

The African Goddess steps forward. "As I've told you before, my child, you are empowered. Make your own choices. No choice is the wrong choice. Such a notion does not exist."

A blank pin bobbles forward. She is undesigned -- naked -- to be determined. She says, "You already know the one you love -- your heart untangles itself as life's journey unfolds."

Words appear on the chalkboard: "We can only know ourselves though the reflections we see in each other. No one lives alone. Go find your reflection through connection. That is the only way to see yourself accurately, because the bias of another can be assessed, leaving only what is you behind."

The naked robot speaks again: "You could go find Jamie... I know he's wondering where you are."
